Client Relationship Manager
This global professional services firm provide information, advice, and tools for businesses across a multitude of industries.
Their subscription-based platform helps industry leaders worldwide make informed decisions for their business.
Their dedicated Client Relationship team are growing and as such are looking to appoint an experienced B2B Account Manager who will service a portfolio of SME clients.
The Role
As a Client Relationship Manager, you are the face of the organisation and you will inherit a book of clients, drive user adoption and satisfaction and seek out opportunities for growth.
Using your B2B sales experience you will be a natural relationship builder and obsessed with customer experience. You will drive usage of the platform in the early stages and continuously throughout the contract, and build high customer satisfaction, drive retention whilst seeking avenues for account growth.
Experience and attributes
We’re looking for a polished and professional B2B sales executive with experience in servicing clients at c-suite level.
· 2 years+ of B2B account management experience
· Confidence to present across all levels of an organisation including C-suite
· Ability to engage with clients across a variety of industries
· Thorough understanding of the sales process
· Demonstrated ability to meet targets
This role will suit candidates with consulting or previous B2B sales experience, particularly in banking, finance or SaaS.
