Our client are a dynamic start up who have built an award winning, booking application which is dominating the market. They’re growing across the globe rapidly in regions across North America & EMEA. Recently having been funded over $30M they’re looking to expand in Australia and this role will be first in region so it’s a super exciting time to join them on their journey.
They are looking for a superstar Customer Experience Specialist to be the voice of guidance for their customers. You will be responsible for handling all customer queries on email and actively present a great customer experience. You will support, consult and guide customers worldwide on a variety of their products. This will be both business users and consumer users.
Your Experience
– 2 years in customer support which include answering queries over email
– Excellent communication and written skills
– Passion in technology/SaaS
– Ability to work remotely and report into London
– Understand software such as Jira and Zendesk
– Experience with payment processing tickets
– Attend training in Europe
Salary – $70,000
