Job Title: Customer Success Manager – Healthcare SaaS

Location: Melbourne, VIC (Hybrid)

About Us:

Salt is partnering with a Global Healthcare SaaS and we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to help ensure our customers are getting the most out of our solution.

The Role:

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for customers, guiding them through every step of their journey with the platform and identifying any opportunities to expand/upsell within existing accounts. You’ll be helping new customers get onboarded, working with existing ones to solve problems, and making sure they’re using our product to its fullest potential. You’ll also be collaborating closely with our internal teams to provide the best experience possible for our clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the go-to person for 130 clients, making sure they have everything they need to succeed with our platform.
  • Assist with renewals and identify opportunities to upsell or introduce new features based on customer needs.
  • Lead onboarding sessions for new customers, setting them up for success from day one.
  • Provide proactive support, identifying potential issues before they arise and ensuring customers are always getting the most value from our product.
  • Work with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to make sure customers’ needs are being met and any issues are quickly resolved.
  • Analyse customer usage data to find opportunities to improve their experience and drive satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, helping to drive retention and long-term success.
  • Gather customer feedback to help shape the direction of the product.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role, in SaaS.
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology is a big plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a knack for explaining complex concepts in simple terms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • A problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
  • Data-driven and able to use insights to improve customer experiences.
