Supported by the latest technology their service offering can include anything from Product Design solutions, Web & App Design and build to Cloud and CRM migration solutions.

The Role

Following up on their impressive growth over the last two years they are looking to build a business development team with their first hire being a Head of Growth.

Sitting within the leadership team this person will play an influential role in the agency, creating a robust sales strategy and with the support from a dedicated sales team help execute the plan.

You will be at the forefront with clients facilitating deep dive discovery sessions, educating and challenging their thinking and coming up with innovative digital solutions.

To support you, you will be able to lean on the experience from a team covering design, development, strategy and account service.

Your Background

You will understand the digital agency landscape explicitly, having previous experience where you drove new business decisions in a digital agency or consultancy setting.

As an experienced digital sales professional you will be able to facilitate digital strategy and pre-sales sessions with confidence and ease.

You’ll have a strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate broader business and marketing goals into clear objectives but also identify and mitigate risk.
