Host Manager

We are currently partnering with a leading global tech brand and online marketplace.

Our client is seeking a passionate individual who understands the intricacies of building and managing partner relationships with emerging professional host accounts within an assigned territory. In addition, as these existing Hosts successfully grow on the platform, it will be imperative that you help them maintain best-in-class hospitality standards for an excellent guest experience. These initiatives will include supply optimization, pricing optimization, host recruitment, and platform education.

What you’ll do

• Beyond customer service management responsibilities, you’ll also support (Senior) Regional Managers on your team to deliver one-to-many education programs, such as webinars and scaled e-mail communication. Ultimately, this team will be responsible for helping long-tail Hosts thrive.
• Directly manage accounts to meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales goals.
• We are looking for someone that is goals-obsessed, is inputs-driven, and is willing to take action (high volume of calls, meetings, etc.).
• Respond to and deliver exceptional service to your professional hosts in a timely and efficient manner,
• Analyze data and utilize data-driven recommendations to identify and action on opportunities in your region to drive increase in sales.

What you need to succeed

• Proven track record of at least 2+ years of experience partner support roles in software platforms.
• Hospitality and or travel industry experience (nice to have).
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Hungry with a strong bias for action, and persistent in the face of adversity and objection.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person.
• Team player: highly motivated to share best practices and knowledge to help peers succeed.
• Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels, with a proven track record to execute in ambiguous environments.
• Highly proficient in using CRM software, Salesforce experience is a plus.\

Benefits

• This role can be fully remote however there is a preference to be based in Sydney! This is a 12-month fixed term maternity leave contract, may extend. Great fast paced and agile culture. Offering $100-$110K + super.
• You can work hybrid ( Sydney CBD office)
