Internal Sales Consultant

Our client is offering a highly flexible and exciting opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join a well-established and fast-growing Australian transportation company. You would be joining an upbeat team culture of “Rockstars” who are with a business that is growing at a rate of 20-25% year on year.

Their employees are at the heart of their success, and they are looking to welcome customer-focused passionate sales consultants to be part of elevating their journey to the next level for their nationwide growth strategy.

• Salary from $65k – $75k + Super + Fantastic commission structure, offering a healthy OTE of $120-$150K

What You’ll Do:

• Identify customer needs and offer tailored removal and storage solutions
• Handle high volumes of internal sales leads with precision and care
• Provide accurate quotes and detailed service information
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Support our nationwide external sales consultants
• Benefit from an attractive commission structure with all the tools and support you need to succeed

About You:

• Have a solid history of hitting targets, and shown previous success in month on month growth through sales KPIs
• Customer-focused with a passion for finding solutions
• Self-starter who works well within a fast paced, complex environment.
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in computer skills and able to juggle multiple tasks
• Experience in Storage, Removals, or Logistics is a plus
