Our client, a globally recognised eCommerce travel and hospitality platform renowned for offering 5-star travel, luxury accommodations, and unique hospitality experiences, is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As they continue to expand their influence across the APAC region, they are looking to acquire new experiences and cultural trends to enrich their offerings.

We are seeking an experienced individual with a strong background in travel, events, and entertainment, who has an in-depth understanding of emerging trends. This role will require a combination of project management expertise, from acquisition through design, to enhance travel and customer experiences across the APAC region. You will be passionate about supporting teams and driving projects that bring new supply to the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the acquisition and management of external and internal stakeholders to bring new customer experiences to life on the platform.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure successful, on-time delivery.
  • Source new experiences that engage existing customers and attract new users to the platform, fostering growth and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address project blockers in a timely manner.
  • Present visual pitches and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring product quality meets high standards while staying informed of new trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to source innovative and exciting new experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of project management experience in the travel & customer experiences sectors.
  • Must have Asia Pacific experiences with forming partnerships with experiences
  • Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Experience in acquiring high-quality experiential products.
  • A deep understanding of current and emerging trends in travel, entertainment, and hospitality.
  • Strong ability to assess quality and anticipate upcoming trends.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with experience mentoring and building trust across creative, technical, and business teams.
  • Experience working with IT and product teams.
  • Proficiency in presenting complex ideas, managing project dashboards, and handling CRM systems.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related creative field.
