Our client is one of the fastest growing social and hospitality apps! Their product is growing like wildfire across the globe with over 50,000 businesses using the product. They’ve been in the Australian market for a year and now looking to expand their Implementation team.

The role

Their current team strive on being high performers, team players and disrupting the market. They’re looking for a passionate Junior Implementation Specialist get merchants set up on their products across Sydney! You’ll constantly be spinning many plates and looking for professionals who are used to a fast-paced environment and will roll up their sleeves! Their product is rapidly growing across Australia and successful candidates will thrive in this agile and fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Working with retail partners across Sydney to train and get them started on the products
• This is a hands-on role and you’ll always be on the road and F2F with the customers, show them demos of the app and how it will help the merchants ROI
• Assist the customers with their marketing strategy and how to market the app to their customers
• Excellent customer service and organisation skills

You

• Degree level education (preferred but not required)
• 1 year experience in customer service or in FMCG
• Must have experience working with B2C clients
• Must be personable and passionate about the product
• Experience of meeting or exceeding targets.

Salary – Up to $55,000 plus bonus and equity in the company
