Salt are delighted to partner with a well known software platform in the search for an outbound customer service/sales agent on a 6 month contract.

Are you a confident communicator who enjoys starting conversations and sparking interest? We’re looking for a proactive, driven Outbound Sales Consultant to join our sales team and be the first point of contact for potential clients and candidates.

In this role, you’ll be on the front line – making outbound calls, introducing our services, and creating new opportunities for the business. Every interaction you have sets the tone for long-term relationships and future growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Making outbound phone calls to prospective clients to generate interest.
• Qualifying leads and booking follow-up meetings for senior team members.
• Building rapport quickly and leaving a strong first impression of the business.
• Logging conversations and insights in Salesforce and sharing valuable feedback with the team.
• Supporting broader sales campaigns by reaching out to targeted client and candidate lists.
• Staying informed on market activity and industry updates to add value in conversations.

What You’ll Bring:

• A natural ability to engage people and build rapport over the phone.
• Resilience, energy, and a positive approach to outbound calling.
• Clear, confident communication skills and professional phone manner.
• Strong time management to handle high call volumes and follow-ups.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked in telesales, recruitment, or with Salesforce before.
