Our client has a unique opportunity to join their rapidly growing tech start-up as a Partner Success Associate. The ideal candidate will be an organised and self-motivated individual who is driven to succeed alongside a hardworking team. What the role will involve:

• Setting up software and hardware services
• Administrative duties which would include keeping track of your products and clients
• Data entry
• Ensuring that clients and customers are adequately represented in reference to the brand
• Onboarding partners
• Ensuring the sales team upkeep exceptional customer service

Skills:

• Interpreting simple data
• Exceptional organisational skills with an ability to keep track of constant work flow
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail- you must be comfortable with technology and using it effectively
• Self motivated with an ability to work autonomously
• Proficient understanding of basic excel
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent qualifications
