REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – NSW / VIC

ABOUT THE ROLE

The role of the Regional Sales Manager requires a humble yet inspiring leader who is prepared to train, mentor, achieve targets, and cultivate a robust sales team. You will report directly to the ANZ Director of Sales, be their 2IC, work closely together to develop and execute sales strategies and ensure your people are meeting their targets and key KPIs. You are someone who has a strong track record of leading and coaching exceptional salespeople, you have overarching experience in management and a background in the digital landscape.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Motivate, drive, coach and empower a team of up to 10+ with the skills to provide first class service to all prospective and existing users of their multi-award-winning platform
  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets
  • Execute and drive end-to-end sales cycles and provide accurate reports and forecasts
  • Be the leader that inspires the team’s high-performance and have them consistent and achieve/exceed targets
  • Be a part of the development and implement sales processes and go to market strategies
  • Identify new opportunities and maximise revenue
  • Be ready to get right in a make something of this business, be there from the ground up

EXPERIENCE

  • Understand and navigate the digital landscape
  • Excellent commercial and sales acumen
  • Have senior sales and client facing experience developing proposals and strategies
  • Be able to support your team to ensure they are reaching their KPIs and targets
  • An interest or background in the design and build is advantageous
