About the role

The Renewals Sales Support will sit in the Renewals Division and report into the Renewals Account Manager. This team is responsible for renewing, cross-selling and co-terming all the vendor related subscription and maintenance renewals. This Sales Support position focuses on communication with both vendors and suppliers, will produce accurate renewal quotes, have strong organisational skills and a high attention to detail. This position is a key support role for the Renewals Account Manager.

Duties

– Work closely with the Renewals Account Manager and Renewal Specialists

– Respond to the teams’ requirements in a timely manner

– Analyze and prepare renewal quotes for both the company and the vendor

– Retrieve correct past renewal information from internal systems

Skills & experience

– Good math skill as you will deal with exchange rates on daily basis

– Have at least one year of office experience, preferably in customer service

– Be a team player

– Have high attention to detail and can adapt to a fast-paced environment

– Excellent verbal and written skills
