Senior Account Manager

Salt has partnered with one of Australia’s most well renowned and respected businesses who are seeking an exceptional Senior level Account Manager to join their team in Sydney. The ideal candidate for this role will have a customer centric mindset and an aptitude to understand different technologies. You are confident working across enterprise level accounts, and are motivated to achieve and grow within the organisation.

What does a day to day look like in this role?

  • Apply your technical understanding to meet your customers needs and expectations, while continuing to recognise and unlock potential growth opportunity
  • Act as a point of contact for your client base, always offering trusted advise, solutions and meaningful conversations
  • Apply knowledge of the products to your clients and continue to learn and upskill your understanding of the technology
  • Establish, grow and maintain strong relationships
  • Manage high priority and multi million dollar accounts/ portfolios
  • Recognise pain points for businesses and identify areas for growth. You must be confident to offer advice to executive level management.
  • Adapt to an everchanging technological environment and remain agile

What will you bring to the role?

  • End to end sales experience- close the sell with confidence and have strong negotiation skills!
  • Problem solving skills in an enterprise level environment. You know how to collaborate and be part of a team/ growth mindset
  • Authenticity is in your nature and you strive on building long lasting relationships
  • Driver of commercial, technical and business discussions with customers
  • Able to articulate technical knowledge & solutions to C- suite executives and key stakeholders
