Senior Marketing Manager

Salt are partnering with a well known Fin-Tech to source them a Senior Marketing Manager on an initial 12 month contract. This is a great opportunity to work strategically and take ownership over campaigns end to end and get exposure in an exciting, scaling business.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage internal and external stakeholders with conflicting priorities to ensure campaign success.
• Test and learn to ensure each campaign is innovative, engaging, and achieves strategic goals.
• Lead campaigns from brief to implementation, working closely internally with the sales and analytics team as well as managing external agency relationships.

Skills and Experience:

• Ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders with different priorities.
• Strong experience in multi-channel marketing across digital, in-store, paid media, and owned channels.
• Understanding of trade communications or omni channel shopper driven retail marketing.
