AEM Lead Developer

With some of their clients gradually adopting the Adobe Experience Cloud they are looking to appoint their very first AEM Developer who will take the lead on all Adobe adoption projects.

Reporting into the Tech Lead you’ll be a key member of the Development team which is made up of both Front-end and Full-stack Developers bringing your in-depth Adobe expertise to the fore.

To be successful in this role, you will enjoy being “on the tools” whilst taking the lead of every adobe adoption project, which may include AEM, Adobe Target, Analytics and Audience Manager.

What we’re looking for:

• A developer with significant development experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Well versed in AEM best practices, building out solutions that are maintainable and scalable.
• A thorough understanding of Adobe core components, Maven, OSGi, Sling, JCR, and associated integrations.
• Has experience working with associated products such as Adobe Target, Analytics, and Audience Manager.
• Has provided technical leadership across projects and first-hand experience crafting end-to-end solutions.
• Can confidently lead technical discussions with clients.
• In addition to having Java software engineering experience, ideally, individuals should have experience in frontend JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, ReactJS, and VueJS
