Azure Cloud Engineer

This role requires you to work both independently and with technical team members to ensure that solutions are being developed and built to effectively utilise Azure features and functionality while also effectively managing application deployments.

You will need to be an excellent communicator than can assist in making sure the business has all the tools and information needed to make informed decisions about the maintenance and evolution of the cloud infrastructure.

Role & Responsibilities

• Create and manage the Azure Cloud Infrastructure
• Manage build pipelines and application deployment projects
• Work with technical staff to ensure development best practices

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience managing Azure Cloud Infrastructure
• Experience with scrip[ting tools such as Python and Powershell
• Experience building pipelines in Azure DevOps
• Experience with cloud technologies such as Terraform, ARM, and/or Ansible
• Min 2 years’ experience in managing Azure IAM and related Azure/O365 functionality – AAD, conditional Access.
• Extensive experience of managing VMware, Windows Servers, SCCM, Scripting, Active Directory, Group Policy, File and print services, storage systems and Citrix
• Min 3 – 5 Yrs. experience in managing LAN, WAN, different security systems, antivirus, web traffic management, backup and DR solutions
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, work unsupervised, and help users and IT staff to achieve their goals.
