Change Manager – Leading Australian Telco

Seeking a Change Manager to take the lead on business readiness across the program, ensuring successful change adoption for internal field teams, delivery partner technicians, and support areas such as the Control Tower.

THE ROLE:

You will work with one of Australia’s leading telecommunications providers to deliver a critical transformation program within Field Services. This initiative will see the replacement of the current Enable system with Field Ready, a platform that tracks technician training, skills, and readiness.

• Lead and coordinate change management activities across five concurrent program streams, each with its own Project Manager and delivery team.
• Conduct change impact assessments and ensure alignment of change across the entire program.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between diverse workstreams, consolidating information without direct reporting lines.
• Embed structured change management principles and processes into delivery.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to operational leaders.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience as a Change Manager or Business Readiness Lead on large-scale, multi-stream programs.
• Strong ability to influence without direct authority and manage competing priorities.
• Background in telecommunications or technical/field service operations is highly desirable (or a quick learner with strong change credentials).
• Expertise in change management frameworks and methodologies.
• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans aligned to project objectives.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.
