Cloud Systems Engineer (Modern Workplace / EUC) – Melbourne CBD
The Company
Salt is excited to have partnered with an established Healthcare organisation, who is currently seeking a Cloud Systems Engineer in Melbourne CBD to join their Modern Workplace / End User Compute (EUC) team on a permanent basis.
The Role
As the Cloud Systems Engineer you will:
- Be joining a newly formed team, which is responsible for transforming the way that the business works digitally as the migrate their infrastructure to the Cloud
- Administration of technology and services across cloud platforms (SaaS, PaaS and Iaas)
- Lead the installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of systems and software
- Manage the End User Compute (EUC) infrastructure and services, including patching and upgrades
- Provide Level 3 support
Key Skills and Competencies
The successful Cloud Systems Engineer should have the following skill set:
- Previous experience working in End User Computing (EUC) or Modern Workplace
- Experience working in both a Cloud and On-prem environment
- Experience in On-prem to Cloud migration projects, including design and setting up the processes
- Extensive experience in EUC configuration, implementation and core administration
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Azure Active Directory (AAD)
- Hands-on experience with Exchange, SharePoint and MS Teams
- Experience with Microsoft Server (Exchange, SSCM and AD)
- Understanding of PowerShell scripting and Automation
- Practical knowledge of security management
- Proficient in Application packaging and Microsoft office
- Knowledge of the ITIL processes
