Customer Integration Applications Manager

The role of Customer Integration Applications Manager is pivotal in managing and overseeing our suite of Customer Integration applications, including key platforms like Salesforce.com and WebMethods.

As a leader in this area, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of these applications, from development and deployment to ongoing support and maintenance. Your role ensures these applications remain stable, efficient, and secure.

You will strategize, plan, and set operational benchmarks to effectively deploy and maintain our Customer Integration applications, aiming to meet and exceed customer expectations and achieve growth objectives.

**The ideal candidate with have experience managing applications (development, testing, support) and bring with them a sound understanding of Salesforce OR Webmethods. You will be able to lead teams and vendors alike, holding them accountable.**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of our Customer Integration applications, focusing on their stability, efficiency, and security.
  • Handle all aspects of the application portfolio, including customer-facing AWS services, reporting, configuration, customization, and seamless integration with other systems.
  • Offer technical guidance and solve complex technical challenges.
  • Work alongside various teams to craft solutions that ensure integrated and uninterrupted functionality.
  • Monitor and enhance application performance, adhering to best practices.
  • Uphold strict compliance with security and data protection standards, oversee user access management, and keep an eye on potential security risks.
  • Generate technical documentation and offer training and support to users, ensuring data integrity through regular system evaluations.
  • Remain informed about the latest industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Profound technical knowledge in Customer Integration platforms, especially WebMethods, with skills in configuration, customization, and system integration.
  • Proficiency in integrating with Active Directory and understanding of identity management and access control. Solid grasp of security fundamentals, including encryption and authentication.
  • Expertise in CRM technologies and frameworks, with a focus on Salesforce.com.
  • Experience in handling customer data and creating customer-centric applications.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage custom user interfaces for enterprise applications, with proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of database management and data architecture principles.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), and project management approaches.
