THE ROLE:

As the Delivery Manager, you’ll oversee and coordinate multiple projects across the business, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard. Supporting the Project Managers, you’ll enable them to focus on their individual projects while you provide oversight and alignment. Additionally, you’ll work closely with the Head of Cloud and Infrastructure to achieve strategic goals for the year.

• Lead Project Delivery: Oversee the successful delivery of multiple cloud and infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate: Act as the glue between stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams, vendors, and leadership.
• Facilitate Success: Support Project Managers by removing roadblocks, managing dependencies, and ensuring efficient workflows.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with technical teams, senior executives, and external partners.
• Strategic Support: Partner with the Head of Cloud and Infrastructure to deliver the yearly roadmap.
• Communicate: Provide clear, concise updates and reporting to stakeholders at all levels.

TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in delivery management, with expertise in cloud technology and infrastructure projects minimum 5 years.
• Exceptional ability to communicate and engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Adept at guiding teams and aligning them with business priorities.
• Comfortable working across a variety of projects and navigating complex environments.
• Proactive in identifying challenges and delivering solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and experience with project management tools.
