The Role:

As a Google Sheets Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated Google Sheets solutions that automate workflows, improve data management, and provide critical insights across various departments. As a Google Sheet power you’ll triage user bug reports and feature requests and also produce thorough documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement advanced Google Sheets with complex formulas, scripts (Google Apps Script), and integrations.
• Automate repetitive tasks and workflows using Google Apps Script.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports for data visualization and analysis.
• Integrate Google Sheets with other Google Workspace applications (e.g., Google Forms, Google Docs, Google Calendar) and external APIs where necessary.
• Develop and maintain robust data validation and error handling procedures.
• Provide training and support to users on Google Sheets functionalities and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize existing Google Sheets for performance and scalability.
• Document solutions, processes, and user guides.

Skills & Experience You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience as a Google Sheets Developer or similar role.
• Significant experience programming in Apps Script with strong Javascript skills
• Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets formulas and functions.
• Experience with database concepts within Google Sheets.
• Ability to design and implement user-friendly interfaces within Sheets.
• Experience with API integrations (RESTful APIs preferred).
• Solid understanding of data analysis and reporting principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
