Implementation Engineer / Consultant – SaaS – ERP – CRM

We have an exciting opportunity for a Implementation Engineer / Consultant for a leading industry-leading client that develops a SaaS software
This role will suit a field engineer or Level 3 desktop support within a consulting or managed services that wants to move away from support and move into implementation of Saas based software.

Responsibilities:

• Provide overall implementation, support and training of the SaaS platform including the development and maintenance of a project plan and risk register, facilitation of project status meeting and communication of weekly implementation updates
• Conduct business process reviews to understand how client institution-s data may deviate from their standard implementations
• Provide functional support and facilitate client interviews necessary to assist in the technical build of the data models
• Prepare and deliver technical and functional documentation such as data dictionary, end user guides, training presentations, etc.
• Train end users on the use of their platform
• Provide assistance to client stakeholders during -Go Live- and ensure seamless hand over to their on-going services team once implementation is complete
• Travel to customer site is required

Requirements:

• Bachelor-s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning
• Minimum of 5 years of experience software support or implementation/consulting services or equivalent
• Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills
• Exceptional client service and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of system integration and APIs
• Knowledge of ERP systems and business processes
• Knowledge of e-commerce related platforms
