Seeking an IT Coordinator to come provide Level 2 technical support for our leading WA based Hospital in Perth.

  • $90,000 Base + Superannuation.
  • Perth, working on site at Hospitals.
  • Leading Healthcare / Need Drivers Licence & Car.

THE ROLE:

This will require working with a range of stakeholders to recognise, advise and develop opportunities for improved service delivery, to undertake appropriate support and consultancy work and implement solutions to align new technologies with the business’ needs. The position will also involve the co-ordination of projects.

  • Providing level 2-3 support across our main hospital situated in Perth, WA within an ITIL framework.
  • Engaging with key contacts to discuss and agree on steps for implementation of pipeline projects and escalate through to relevant teams to ensure a seamless handover of support.
  • Working closely with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Network and Application teams to deliver a proactive and efficient support service to end users.
  • Escalation of issues through to the National IT Support Team Leader.
  • Ensure defined SLA’s are being met and/or exceeded
  • Exhibiting great levels of customer service in all interactions
  • Participate in the on-call roster and provide support for any escalated issues for your territory (and possibly, beyond).

TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar customer facing, field-based role.
  • Good knowledge of information technology concepts, practices and trends, particularly in desktop and server operating system, networked environments, telephony systems and cloud technologies.
  • Proven background working autonomously and driving continuous service improvement.
  • Proven experience in successful project co-ordination in line with industry best practices.
  • Windows 7 and 10, Office 2010 and 2016, Office 365.
  • WebEx, Arkadin, Skype for Business and other collaboration/video conferencing technologies
  • IP Based PBX systems
  • iOS and Android mobile devices and MDM solutions
  • Imaging and Client management tools such as SCCM
  • CITRIX XenApp/XenDesktop and thin client technologies
  • Active Directory, including Security and Group Policy configuration.
  • Demonstrated understanding of WAN/LAN/Wireless technologies

TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

You must be passionate about providing world-class customer support for your internal and external stakeholders. We are seeking a strong headed individual that can work in high pressure environments.

You must have full working rights in Australia and be based in Perth with a Drivers Licence and a Car.
