Next Best Conversation Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled NBC Specialist to join our team, focusing on revolutionizing our approach to customer conversations. This role is pivotal in guiding marketers and business stakeholders through the intricacies of NBC strategy, utilizing data-driven insights and leveraging the power of Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub) to craft personalized, next-level customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert in the crafting, configuration, and enhancement of NBC strategies using Pega CDH, with a focus on specific product portfolios such as Credit Cards and Home Lending.
• Employ descriptive analytics to refine and advance NBC strategies, ensuring they are data-driven and effective.
• Deliver portfolio insights to enhance the impact and value of NBC initiatives for Marketing and Business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team leads across delivery teams to manage workloads efficiently, adopt best practices in NBC strategy deployment, and incorporate new offers and capabilities.
• Champion and ensure adherence to change management protocols and best practices, setting a high standard for compliance and execution.

What You Will Need:

• Proven experience in a similar capacity, working with data-driven communication in complex business environments.
• A strong background in guiding teams and establishing best practices within campaign management and communication disciplines.
• Demonstrated expertise in Pega Customer Decision Hub is highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of credit card data and its application in marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and principles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of data utilization in NBC design, direct marketing principles, and customer strategy optimization.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities, capable of effectively engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
