What you’ll be doing?

• Contributing to the Pega COE and essentially owning the company’s Pega applications
• Architecting and being able to develop end-to-end Pega solutions
• Taking a variety of stakeholders on their digital transformation journey, these stakeholders include; project teams, vendors, MSP’s, customers and other internal business leaders
• Analysing and troubleshooting existing applications
• Communicating with customers
• Actively contributing to documentation

What you’ll bring?

• You’re already a certified Pega Lead System Architect
• Proven experience leading projects
• Proven experience dealing with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders, both internal and external
• A proactive attitude where no task is ‘too big’ or ‘too small’ – someone that’s able to roll their sleeves up and be ‘hands-on’ from a technical standpoint where necessary, as well as someone that demonstrates excellent leadership and communication skills needed to align stakeholders on a digital transformation journey
• Experience and an understanding of implementing DevOps best practices
