This leading digital company are looking to further develop their cloud & engineering environment. To enable this evolution, we are looking for a savvy Program Manager to own the deliverables.

WHAT’S ON OFFER

• DAY RATE – Circa $1200.00 A DAY
• MELBOURNE CBD / HYBRID WORKING
• LEADING DIGITAL COMPANY
• INITIAL 8- MONTH CONTRACT WITH POSSIBLE EXTENSIONS

THE ROLE:

• Develop a detailed program plan for the transformation, including resource allocation, timelines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, security, and business stakeholders to ensure successful uplift and evolution of the AWS environment.
• Define and manage program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Proactively manage risks and issues and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential problems.
• Communicate progress, issues, and risks to senior management and stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
• Manage program budget, forecasting, and reporting to ensure successful project delivery within agreed-upon timelines and budget.

TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in programme management, including experience leading large-scale cloud infrastructure programs.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS and cloud computing services, including infrastructure as code, virtualization, and storage.
• Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to produce program packs for steering committees.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership and business stakeholders.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
