We’re looking for an experienced Program Quality Assurance Strategy Manager for a leading Energy company, who will collaborate closely with the product delivery teams & programme implementation teams to deliver the overarching QA strategy for their energy clientele.

You will be leading QA initiatives for product delivery as well as understanding the energy industry. As a client focused architect of the QA team, you will be comfortable in all aspects of commercial and technical stakeholder engagement, influencing senior management both internally and externally.

WHAT’S ON OFFER

• $180,000 – $220,000 Package depending on experience.
• Full time role.
• Melbourne CBD
• Hybrid working arrangements. 3/2
• Renewable Energy Giant.

THE ROLE:

You will be leading QA initiatives for product delivery as well as understanding the energy industry. As a client focused architect of the QA team, you will be comfortable in all aspects of commercial and technical stakeholder engagement, influencing senior management both internally and externally.

You will be scoping the overall QA capability for the company with a strategic lens and working with the client success team internationally, uplifting the immature QA architecture and scope.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience having a strategic view of the overall QA strategy and architecture.
• Extensive experience in leading test or quality teams and overseeing the architecture.
• Strong knowledge of QA strategies, processes, and methodologies
• Experience with defining and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications.
• Deal with Key external stakeholders and clients driving the QA strategy.
• Strong understanding of the Energy and Renewables Industry is highly regarded.
• Be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and client support, to ensure quality standards are met.
• A strong communicator with all levels of management including client engagement.
• Previous experience with coaching the team and junior members.
• Someone who can mitigate any risks.
• Focused on continuous improvement and development.
• Strong consulting background with the ability to influence senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Previous experience working in the Australian Energy market.
