Project Manager – Drone Services

Using advanced technology and compliant systems, they ensure staff, equipment, and the environment are well-cared for. Now hiring for a Project Manager to oversee the diverse portfolio of services the business has on offer. With a strong pipeline of work, this brand-new position will work with the Managing Director to ensure services are executed effectively, while building and maintaining excellent client relations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage diverse projects: drone services thermal mapping, koala detection, carbon validation, rural firefighting, weed control, etc.
• Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and communication.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and budgets, hitting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
• Leverage your drone expertise to optimize operations and have an in-depth understanding of drone technology for the agricultural industry.
• Willing to travel to sites across NSW, Victoria and QLD.

Key Experience and background:

• Possess an agricultural background or strong environmental focus.
• Excel at project management, juggling multi-faceted tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with the Australian drone industry and airspace regulations.
• Experience with tender writing and proposal development.
• Familiarity with GIS technology.
