Digital Project / Product Manager

A dynamic Digital Project / Product Manager is required by our client to join their Digital Customer Experience Team. The role is driving significant change in their sales landscape through leveraging existing systems and implementing technologies, programs and platforms to transformation roll-out.

Whilst the role is predominantly process and producer driven our client is very keen to find somebody that can contribute strategically. Someone that has or wants to be more involved in Human Centric Design across the UX/CX space.

There is also a marketing implementation aspect to this role. A mix of agency and brand/client-side experience would likely be the best fit.

Your role:

As the Project / Product Manager you’ll be reporting directly to the Digital Transformation Manager, you will:

• Contribute to strategic direction of the digital retail program in Australia.
• Lead key improvements on our client’s site that will drive a more efficient experience for customers.
• Work with the Digital Marketing Manager and Customer Retention and Acquisition specialist in the delivery of projects.
• Implement key technologies to support the sales process.
• Implement Digital POS network to enable content to be managed centrally.
• Ensure the stability and security of systems is maintained.
• Ensure robust data process are in place.
• Manage relevant digital partners in the delivery of solutions.

Skills and Experience:

The successful applicant will be an experienced Project / Product Manager who has:

• Practical problem-solving skills with an operation focus.
• Strong experience in managing agencies and suppliers.
• Hands-on operational experience in delivering digital/ technology products/ Apps.
• Ability in hiring, managing and mentoring tech talent.
• Strong advisory, communication and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated experience in backup management and disaster recovery.
• Understanding of Salesforce and Heroku.
• Strategic experience or capability in adding to the direction of product design.
