Regulatory Specialist

You will be a dependable advisor with strong data and analytical skills who supports the achievement of the regulatory strategy. Your role is critical to mitigating policy and regulatory barriers and advocating for policy outcomes that facilitate the strategic aims. You will have strong economic regulation experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with peers and experts to develop unique and persuasive analysis and advice which is influential to senior management
• Remain informed and up-to-date on regulatory developments, industry standards and evolving best practice to represent Regulatory in dealings with regulators and government and optimise innovation and growth.
• Support the development and implementation of strategic planning within Regulatory that enables the objectives.
• Synthesise research and consultation undertaken relating to regulatory issues and share credible, evidence-based advice to Senior Regulatory Specialists.
• Use your extensive problem solving and critical thinking abilities to identify and support the business in relation to regulatory opportunities and risks.
• Undertake extensive research and support impressive engagements with internal stakeholders to ensure our advocacy is evidence based and reflect commercial strategy.
• Apply your strong analytical and communications skills to persuasively engage with external stakeholders to support the strategy.
