As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for reporting, analytics and insights, across all sales products to Sales leadership and their teams, to improve Sales performance through operational and product levels.
Responsibilities:
- Create sales data metrics / dimensions;
- Deliver Sales Performance Analytics: global Sales leadership reports with drilldown, conversion rate optimization
- Support Sales Ops and Product Capabilities;
- Pipeline Management and contact strategy
Requirements:
- Solid experience working with product analytics, web analytics, customer care analytics, or other customer experience analytics;
- Proficiency in SQL, Experimentation design and principles (A/B testing etc.), Tableau, and Excel;
- Experience in programming languages and stats packages (e.g. Python, R), experience in developing and deploying machine learning models is preferred;
- Experience with Qlicksense will be a plus;
- Ability to influence business decisions and utilizing data at the leadership level
