We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Adobe Analytics to join a major enterprise-scale transformation program. This role will play a critical part in delivering key initiatives across marketing analytics and white labelling for a leading brand.

You’ll work closely with marketing, data, and technical teams to shape the future of digital customer insights, ensuring robust Adobe Analytics implementations across web and mobile channels.

WHAT’S ON OFFER

• Melbourne CBD, Hybrid working 3 days.
• $900 a day + GST
• Exposure to working alongside one of the Big-4 Banks.
• 12 Month Day rate contract
• Major Data & Cloud Integration Project.

THE ROLE:

• Act as the go-to SME for Adobe Analytics across a large-scale digital transformation.
• Lead the elicitation, definition, and documentation of detailed business, data, and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and optimise Adobe Analytics tracking solutions (via Adobe Launch, Audience Manager, AdCloud).
• Translate marketing and business needs into technical specifications that drive effective analytics solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to capture and prioritise business requirements.
• Partner with developers, data engineers, and marketing teams to deliver best-practice digital analytics capabilities.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics – implementation, tagging, reporting, and insights.
• Practical experience with Adobe Launch, Adobe Audience Manager, and Adobe AdCloud (highly desirable).
• Deep understanding of digital analytics concepts across web, mobile apps, DMPs, and CDPs.
• Extensive experience in requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution.
• Strong analytical mindset – able to dissect complex problems and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Experience managing large-scale digital transformation or migration projects.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
