SENIOR CHANGE ANALYST – BIG-4 BANK

Seeking a Senior Change Analyst to come join one of the big-4 banks to implement strategic change and provide the program/project with day-to-day change management leadership.

THE ROLE:

To drive the execution of activities required to implement strategic change under one of Australia’s Business Bank’s.

The Senior Consultant, change works across Financial Crime Operations to ensure the seamless delivery of communication activities to support transition to a Domain Operating Model, where persistent, cross-functional groups of colleagues will work together in an agile way to deliver outcomes

They will leverage the banks end-to-end delivery, and change methodology, approaches in an agile environment – requiring a fast-paced, nimble delivery approach, often in an ambiguous environment.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Prior experience as a Change Analyst or Manager is a must for this role.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement (senior management) influencing, negotiation and management skills.
• Facilitating workshops and delivering briefing sessions to small and large audiences.
• Passion for effective enterprise collaboration.
• Value the importance of teamwork and of listening, challenging your peers and making a difference.
• Ability to plan and scope activities, identify gaps, risks and issues and mitigate them to ensure objectives will be met.
• Defining and delivering end to end communication plans across large-scale projects.
• Track record in effective delivery of successful change initiatives.
• Experience in banking/financial sector.
• Experience working with Agile methodology/projects.
• Ability to work in complex environments across multiple streams/evolving timelines.
