Senior Software Engineer

Always at the forefront of innovation, our client is successfully ever adapting to the continuous shifts in online brokerage landscape, they offer a wide range of products to provide trading opportunities of all types. This includes forex, commodities, indices, shares, government bond listing, and various cryptocurrency offerings.

We are now looking for C#.Net Developer to join the team. The objective of this role is to support with strategic projects, new feature development; including International share trading, Online Options and application architecture upgrades and maintenance.

About the role and responsibilities:

§ Expertise with C#.

§ Understanding of JavaScript, Angular.js, Bootstrap, CSS and HTML5.

§ Hands on experience using React to build scalable and maintainable enterprise applications.

§ Excellent knowledge of SQL including writing stored procedures, tables, indexes and performance tuning

§ Considerable experience in ASP Web API

§ Experience working with Entity Framework required.

§ AWS certification or experience highly advantageous.

§ Experience designing, delivering and maintaining 3rd party API implementations.

§ Confident to write unit tests, integration tests and end-2-end automation tests for your own work.

§ Experience working in an Agile environment.

§ Ability to test own work to an acceptable level.

§ Maintain personal/professional development to meet the changing demands of the role, including all relevant regulatory and legislative training.

§ Take all reasonable steps to ensure appropriate confidentiality

Required key skills and experience:

§ Expertise of C#

§ React 3+ years experience.

§ ASP.Net & Web API experience.

§ MSSQL experience.

§ AWS Certified or in-depth knowledge of AWS.

§ Entity Framework.

§ JavaScript experience- Angular and React

§ Comfortable with contributing to complex technical discussions.

§ Self-motivated individual who can take ownership of tasks.

§ Good understanding of user experience best practices

§ Recent practical hands-on development experience in an agile commercial environment

§ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
