Job Responsibilities

* Support the core suite of applications used

* Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve Pronto related issues

* Escalate issues to the external Pronto Support providers where necessary

* Liaising with external 3rd party vendors to manage and resolve incidents escalated to them.

* Assist in the test & implement software upgrades as required for technology in scope

* Assist with user acceptance testing of any changes to supported business applications

* Problem-solve business application support issues to ensure business continuity

Required Skills:

* Experience providing 2nd and 3rd level support to .NET web applications with a SQL backend

* Experience in supporting a ‘field service’ user base of up to 300 technicians – both functional and technical.

* Knowledge of reporting platforms such as Qlikview, Palantir, Power BI and /or Adaptive an advantage.

* Experience in Pronto, GP or MYOB EXO an advantage.

* ITIL Foundation certification will be highly regarded

* Experience with driving 3rd party support suppliers to resolve escalated incidents in given timeline

* Strong stakeholder communication skills

Education Qualifications:

An IT graduate with 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience
