The Company

Salt is excited to have teamed up with a fast-growing Australian Technology organisation, who is currently looking for a Technical Support Associate to join their Customer Service team based in Perth or Melbourne on a permanent basis.

The Role

As a Technical Support Associate, you will be joining our client’s Customer Service team where you will be responsible for providing customer service and technical support to their customers. You will also play key part in the triage and troubleshooting of technical issues as well as documentation.

Key Skills and Competencies:

The successful Technical Support Associate should have the following skill set:

• Previous experience working in a Technical Support or Help Desk role
• Familiar with CRM and ticketing systems
• Experience in triaging and troubleshooting technical issues
• Ability to collate information and escalate issues
• Ability to write technical documentation
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Australian citizen or Permanent Resident
