Technical Support Engineer- ServiceNow platform

· Fortune 100 cloud based blue chip organization

· 12 months contract opportunity- with a high potential to go permanent

· Offering: $430/day including super

· Training and laptop provided

· Location: Sydney CBD- hybrid work model

What you’ll be doing:

You will provide technical support to clients by troubleshooting technical issues. Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering. May be involved in customer installation and training. Provides support to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.

Requirements:

• Maximum up to 5 years experience.
• 2+ years of ServiceNow Development/Admin Experience is preferred
• 2+ years providing customer facing technical support (Web based products or e-commerce preferred).
• Experience troubleshooting web application
• Experience in troubleshooting Java Script Code.
• Must be proficient with analysing log files and standard debugging concept.
• Familiarity with tools & practices of the trade such as incident management, knowledgebase, defect & escalation management.
• Previous experience working with the ServiceNow platform (Service/Project Management, SLA Management, Service Catalog, Customer Service Management, Workflows & Approvals)
