Salt is looking for a Senior Wintel Systems Engineer for our client that is one of the best parcel services, providing transport, logistics, and business solutions to customers throughout Australia and New Zealand.
As a Senior Systems Engineer you will be providing operational support, contribute to the development and release of new products through the provision of operational advice, technical expertise and provisioning of resources to install and upgrade new systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 3rd level technical support on Wintel Infrastructure, troubleshooting and fault rectification of high-level technical issues related to networking equipment and services;
- Support and maintain systems on premise and in the cloud;
- Manage Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, SCCM and other Windows core services;
- Resolve assigned service tickets and incidents according to client’s defined policies and supporting processes.
Requirements:
- Strong in Microsoft OS and Software administration both Server and Desktop products;
- Expertise in Terminal Services and Citrix services;
- Strong experience implementing and managing a large global AD environment;
- Experience deploying and maintaining servers in a public-cloud hosted environment like AWS;
- Skills in Networking Services like DNS, WINS, DDNS, DHCP, etc.
