My client is looking for a rapid creation sprint facilitator to join the team. The role will be 100% remote during Covid then 100% onsite in Germany once allowed to travel.
Intro
The aim of my client is to get closer to the consumer by increasing the efforts in the Direct-To-Consumer- Channel. Rapid Creation is a new way of product creation and is contributing to the ambition. In agile sprints, we derive relevant product outcome for a pre-identified consumer group.
DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Proactively orchestrate the Rapid Creation Sprint Calendar
- Prepare Rapid Creation sprints and ensure all pre-conditions are met to start an effective sprint week (e.g. analytics insights, agenda & other input elements available)
- Facilitate Rapid Creation sprints across multiple functions and take the group towards a joint sprint outcome
- Channel learnings, feedback & improvement potentials into Rapid Creation Steering Group
REQUIRED SKILLS
– Proven ability to plan, organise and facilitate agile sprints
– Expert communication skills to guide the sprint group towards a joint outcome
– Self-starter mindset with positive attitude
– IT skills: Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Miro
– Language: English Spoken & Written a must, German a benefit
