Creative Director

Our client is looking for a Creative Director that leads the creation of design solutions across their marketing service that include; exhibits, events, retail and brand staffing based on client briefs, or as the design team lead. The developed creative concepts will be used as a sales tool were the ideal candidate will work collaboratively with Business Development (BD) to present, secure and support new client initiatives.

Responsibilities:

* Be involved with projects from beginning-to-end based on ability to understand sales process, lead the creative team, production operation and value of product.
* Attend client project meetings with BD personnel as warranted.
* Work with client and BD to develop and optimize creative briefs & concepts
* Develops creative ideas that deliver on client objectives, budget and business objectives.
* Develop written, oral and rough graphic outlines in word, PPT, In Design and other means to best direct the creative team
* Maintain ongoing communications with Project Management team on progress of creative development
* Develop and direct the development of both written and oral proposals and presentation including; client tailored presentations (written & oral) and RFP’s
* Participate in client sales presentations and leads the experiential presentation section as needed.
* Consult and direct the technical specifications of project deliverables as needed to support budgeting and production needs.

Requirements:

* 10+ years in a similar role
* Agency experienced required
* XM experience required
* Strong portfolio showcasing your work
* Experience in collaboration and information flow between departments as well as both internal and external clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
* Comfortable in a full-time in office setting.
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D Max (asset)
