Product Owner – TD

Our client is looking for an experienced Product Owner to join their team. This person will be responsible for bridging the gap between the customer, business stakeholders, and the development team.

Responsibilities:

* Understanding and anticipating the needs of the stakeholders and customers.
* Co-creating vision and strategy for products.
* Acting as primary communicator and liaison between the stakeholders and the team and ensuring all channels of communication are open as required.
* Participating in the daily check-ins, planning meetings, reviews, retrospective and refinement as determined and defined by the pod(s).
* Changing die course of the increment at the end of every iteration, as necessary, in order to ensure that die desired business value is delivered.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Design or equivalent.
* Minimum 7+ years of online and wireless channel experience within the banking industry.
* Keen understanding of the digital ecosystem, trends and customer needs.
* Understanding of technical aspects of web & mobile applications.
* Experience in the implementation of web capabilities.
* Excellent organizational and planning skills.
* Intermediate knowledge using Jira/Confluence is required.
* Knowledge bale using Omniture (Adobe Suite) is required.

Note: This is a HYBRID position – 2 days a week in the office in downtown Toronto.
