Role Overview

This is a leadership opportunity for a dynamic and visionary product executive with expertise in SaaS platforms, AI-driven solutions, and scalable product development. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the VP of Product will drive the product vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives while fostering innovation in Machine Learning and Generative AI.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Product Vision

* Define and execute the product roadmap, focusing on AI, Machine Learning, and SaaS solutions.
* Lead cross-functional teams to align product development with company objectives.
* Engage with customers and stakeholders to incorporate feedback into product strategy.
* Champion a culture of innovation and excellence within product and engineering teams.

Product Development & Scalability

* Ensure seamless integration of Machine Learning and Generative AI into product offerings.
* Implement best practices in agile development, user experience, and design thinking.
* Oversee software development, architecture, and scalability to support business growth.
* Maintain compliance with industry standards for trust, security, and data protection.

Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration

* Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including Google and Meta.
* Conduct market and competitive analysis to position products effectively.
* Provide technical insights for potential M&A opportunities and industry advancements.

Budget & Resource Management

* Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for product initiatives.
* Conduct ROI analysis to prioritize high-impact projects and operational efficiency.

Leadership & Team Development

* Build and mentor high-performing product and engineering teams.
* Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
* Define and track KPIs for product innovation and market impact.

Qualifications & Skills:

* 10+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
* Strong expertise in SaaS, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive AI-driven product innovation.
* Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and execution capabilities.
* Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder management and team leadership.
