Account Supervisor, Client Strategy

Salt recently partnered with a global multi-award-winning digital media agency based in the heart of the fashion district. They are composed of creative and independent thinkers who are the cutting edge of the digital marketing industry. They have offices in Toronto, London, Berlin, Singapore, Sydney and New York.

They are looking for an experienced Account Supervisor to manage client relationships and drive forward channel strategy and results.

* Reporting into the Managing Director, you are the key between the agency teams and your clients.
* You will ensure all deliverables that leave the agency are of high quality, fit for purpose and to the high standard that the client and the project deserve.

Responsibilities:

* Client service contact on integrated (SEO, PPC, Social, Display, creative project) accounts.
* Preparation of all client facing documents and presentations including media strategy decks and blocking charts.
* Ensure campaigns are delivered on time & on budget.
* Financial responsibility for own monthly revenue from portfolio of clients and that of your team.
* Growing client revenue (up/cross sell).
* Driving forward client strategy within the agency.
* Responsible for monthly client billing and management of invoice reconciliation/BCR.
* Support on pitches with MD.

Requirements:

* Digital marketing knowledge in SEO and PPC (programmatic display, paid social and creative preferrable).
* Experience with traditional media is a plus, but not required.
* 3-5 years online marketing and/or media experience in a client facing role.
* Large agency background (Search or Media) – bonus.
* Very organized and detail oriented.
* Delivery & revenue focused.
