Campaign Manager

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented, client-facing individual responsible for the building, testing, and deployment of email campaigns for their clients. Experience in working on email campaigns is essential. The ideal candidate will be someone who is curious, enjoys problem-solving, and is interested in exploring a semi-technical role in their career development.

As part of the CRM Operations team, the CRM Campaign Manager will execute on project requests for one or more enterprise clients, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and engage related teams to resolve them. You are adept at building campaigns and understand how to achieve the desired result using tools drag-and-drop email build tools.

Strong communication skills are essential, as the role is client-facing. You should be skilled at conveying information in a tactful manner, and a solid understanding of project management tools and processes. A passion for email marketing/CRM is a must for the successful candidate.

Qualifications:

* University degree, college diploma, or equivalent work experience
* 3-5 years of digital, CRM operations, campaign management, or related experience
* Experience with SFMC, Adobe Campaign, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.
* Good understanding of email development methodologies and best practices
* Understanding of mobile/responsive design and development
* Good attention to detail
* Strong communication skills (oral and written)
* Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, etc.
* Experience with project management tools is an asset.
* Ability to learn and use new platforms and software quickly.
* Basic knowledge of Photoshop and email best practices.
