Our client is looking to hire a Bilingual Account Supervisor (EN/KR) who will be responsible for planning and developing all campaign and retail materials to support the business, as well as managing stakeholders and vendors to ensure all campaign and retail elements are delivered on time and within budget.
What you’ll be doing:
· Client Knowledge: Develop full knowledge of all internal / external / market factors affecting the client’s marketing plans as well full working knowledge of the client’s current marketing situation.
· Strategic Communication Planning: Provide thought leadership and demonstrated knowledge of market insights, trends and how to translate into recommendations for client marketing programs and communication plans.
· Development of Briefing Documentation: Working with client on the development of inter-agency briefing documents and development and delivery of creative briefing documents, including detailed specs and production considerations, KPIs and measurement plans.
· Project Management: Develop and supervise the implementation of tactical plans and day-to-day activities of program execution according to strategic plan / marketing objectives.
· Financial Management: Ongoing budget tracking and proactive management of all project related budgets and reporting financial performance to clients.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 5-7 years in an Account Management role.
· Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.
· Proven experience working on an integrated account with in-depth knowledge of digital media, social channels and experience in advertising and consumer promotions.
· Ability to thrive in a hectic, sometimes chaotic, start up-like environment.
· Superior problem solving skills coupled with exceptional communication skills.
· Ability to work in small team environment, but understand global branding issues: Ability to interface directly with local client, but build global relationships to improve knowledge sharing.
· Attention to detail: Ability to manage budgets, time lines and reporting requirements as per client and global standards.
· Ability to connect with clients: Proven ability to develop meaningful working relationships with clients to deliver programs/communication that help deliver business building results and creative opportunities for the agency.
· Ability to develop, manage and motivate: Capable of fostering strong, cohesive interdisciplinary teams and mentor, manage and develop direct reports.
· Interest in high technology world: Demonstrates passion about creating communication programs that are unavoidably integrated and are omnipresent in the lives of the on-demand consumers.
