Digital Account Manager

Our client, a leading global digital advertising technology company and agency who specializes in machine learning artificial intelligence (“AI”) technologies, to help clients and digital agencies worldwide optimise their Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns, is looking for a dedicated and eager digital account manager to join their team in Toronto!

This individual will be managing their clients’ online marketing activity, building and implementing marketing strategies, and optimising towards the clients’ business goals and KPIs.

Responsibilities:

* Manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) projects including client relations, performance analysis, campaign development, testing & reporting.
* Research and analyze industry changes/developments in Search Engine Marketing
* Analyze client websites and provide well-defined strategies to improve site performance and ROI.
* Create and present written recommendations for SEM performance improvements.
* Perform analysis and research, provide recommendations and develop strategy for PPC campaigns.
* Manage day-to-day client relationships with clients around Canada.

Essential Skills and Experience:

* 2-3 years experience in an Account Management/Tech role.
* Degree in marketing or related area.
* Tech skills – google analytics, Facebook ads, etc.
* Have a genuine passion for digital marketing!
* Keen interest and experience in technology/ data analysis
* Ability to think creatively and work independently
* Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and determine strategies based on data.
* Customer service orientation and ability to form lasting customer relationships.
* Strong organizational skills, time management and attention to detail.
