Performance Media Manager

Our client is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive: The ideal candidate will be leading strategic initiatives and execution across SEO, SEM and Amazon DSP. This role demands a visionary leader with a track record of driving high-impact campaigns and optimism digital investments.

Requirements:

* 10+ years of experience in the U.S. or Canadian digital markets, you will play a pivotal role in scaling business growth through data-driven media strategies and cross-channel innovation.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex strategies into compelling narratives for both internal teams and executive clients.
* Hybrid 3x a week in the office

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead a team focused on website optimization, analytics, SEO, and content publishing to drive performance and engagement.

Spearheaded revenue growth across three key programs and the brand’s site sales through advanced conversion rate optimization and personalized strategies.
*

Managed all vendor relationships for digital programs, fostering strategic partnerships that boosted revenue. Also responsible for sourcing and onboarding new vendors to enhance program effectiveness and maximize returns.
*

In addition to overseeing digital operations, actively networked with sister agencies and other offices to uncover new business opportunities within the client.
