Our most important POS client in Toronto is looking for a Sales Director:
Job Requirements:
1 Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or similar discipline.
2 5 to 7 years of professional sales management experience, ideally in the technology or POS industry.
3 Deep understanding of point-of-sale products and solutions, both from us and competitors.
4 Proven success in software sales, capital equipment, account development, and relationship management.
5 Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build partnerships.
6 Ability to travel up to 50%.
Job Responsibilities:
1 Develop and execute a sales plan for BT POS, focusing on market growth and new verticals in Canada and the US.
2 Lead and manage a sales team, ensuring customer growth and territory expansion.
3 Implement and manage the go-to-market strategy for US market entry.
4 Oversee cross-functional collaboration to resolve obstacles and ensure customer satisfaction.
5 Develop and execute a 3-5-year go-to-market sales strategy.
6 Regular reporting on KPIs and business performance.
7 Lead strategic account planning with internal and customer teams.
