The role
Due to expansion, we are looking for an experienced Digital Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Manhattan. Since our launch in January 2016 we have become New York’s fastest-growing digital recruitment agency across our four market sectors – Creative, Marketing, Sales and Technology.
You will be instrumental in our growth across the US and will have the opportunity to quickly step into a leadership role. Digital recruitment experience (open on market) is essential. You will also have strong relationship business development skills.

Responsibilities
- Be an expert at identifying technical talent for clients
- Relationship building and maintaining
- Build a universe of digital candidates and clients
- End to end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, through to post-placement follow up
- Act as a mentor, leader and brand ambassador both internally and externally
