Senior/Principal Consultant – Creative (Dubai)

The Role
Due to expansion, we are looking for an experienced Creative Recruiter to join our team in Dubai. This person will be instrumental in our growth across the Middle East and will have the opportunity to begin or quickly step into a leadership role. Creative Recruitment experience is absolutely essential as are strong business development skills.

Responsibilities
- Building, maintaining and growing a universe of digital candidates and clients
- Immerse self in Dubai digital world- attend events, meet-up and be a true brand ambassador internally and externally
- Identifying potential new clients, to pick up roles both for yourself and the wider team
- Work with existing clients, to assist in filling their open roles, as well as further developing the accounts
- End to end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, through to post placement follow up
- Act as a brand ambassador both internally and externally

What we need from you
- 2+ years recruitment experience
- Previous recruitment experience working in the digital/creative landscape
- Strong relationship building skills
- Commercially aware
- Positive team player
- Nice person- no egos here, please!
